I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby declare the Member of the Executive Council responsible for Sports, Arts and Culture in the Northern Cape Province as the Management Authority responsible for the Richtersveld Cultural and Botanical Landscapes World Heritage Site for a period of five years subject to a performance review, terms of section 8 of the World Heritage Convention Act, 1999 (Act No. 49 of 1999).
