I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby declare the Member of the Executive Council responsible for Economic Development, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development in the Gauteng Province as the Management Authority responsible for the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site for a period of five years subject to a performance review, in ternis of section 8 of the World Heritage Convention Act, 1999 (Act No.49 of 1999).
