Webber Wentzel has been shortlisted in 20 categories for the 2025 African Legal Awards, a recognition that reflects the firm’s depth of expertise and impact across the African legal and business landscape.
The awards, hosted by Law.com International in partnership with the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa, celebrate the individuals, teams and firms driving progress and innovation across the continent.
Notably, two individuals from Webber Wentzel have received personal recognition:
- Ayanda Khumalo has been shortlisted for Partner of the Year – Southern Africa, and
- Lebogang Maragelo for Private Practice Most Promising Newcomer.
Both are recognised for their exceptional legal acumen, leadership potential, client excellence and commitment to community impact.
