To amend the Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act, 1982, so as to provide for the restructuring of the South African Veterinary Council; to provide for the examination of candidates with a veterinary degree not recognised by the
council; to further provide for the registration of private companies to practise in terms of the Act; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
