Summary: The applicants in a pending full court review application sought orders compelling documents to be furnished by various respondents, claiming that those documents were either necessary to complete the various records or to prosecute the applicants’ claims relating to loadshedding and electricity management by the respondents. The description of documents sought was too wide and vaguely formulated and, the documents were not properly identified. No detailed case was made out regarding shortcomings in the record.
