Spoor & Fisher notched the Diamond Arrow Award at the PMR Africa Awards in the "Specialist Legal Services Practices: Intellectual Property” category. PMR gave Spoor & Fisher the highest rating in this category earning a score of 4.26 of a potential 5.
 
The honour comes against significant competition from leading law firms and is the culmination of a research process where companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction.
 
Interviews were conducted with some 300 respondents drawn from the ranks of in-house legal advisors, CEOs, managing directors, financial directors, company secretaries and senior managers of large and listed companies in South Africa.
