By virtue of section 40(1)(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 1322 of 1989 by substituting paragraph 16 of the Annexure, being the section of the descriptive declaration of the route from Louis Trichardt up to Beit Bridge Border Post, with the accompanying sheets 1 to 39 of Plan No. P912/16.
