Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will direct the operational activities of the organisation in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Group Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. Lead and direct operational divisions including Television, Radio, News, Media Technology Infrastructure (MTI) and Provincial Offices. Assist the GCEO in the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans, organisational policies, governance and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above. Provide leadership, ensures discipline in planning and drives flawless execution in the Operations Cluster.
