Jackie Midlane has been appointed Practice Group Leader for Banking & Finance at Norton Rose Fulbright. Its Africa-wide Banking & Finance and Projects & Energy team is once again ranked in Band 1 by Chambers Global 2018.
A highly experienced banking and finance lawyer, Jackie focuses on financial institutions, energy, telecoms and mining. Her expertise spans project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, preference share finance and trade finance.
Jackie is co-chair of the working committee of the South African Loan Market Association which converts English law primary and secondary loan documentation into a suite of South African law documents.
