Notice is hereby given that a claim for restitution of rights in land lodged by Princess E. N. Nzimakwe on behalf of the Nzimakwe Community in terms of the Restitution of Land Rights Act, 1994 (Act No. 22 of 1994) and published under Notice No. 2786 of 2004 has been withdrawn by the Regional Land Claims Commissioner: KwaZulu-Natal in terms of a Court Order dated 10 August 2017 under Case No. LCC 65/2013 in respect of all the properties as reflected in the attached schedule:
