Notice is hereby given in terns of section 11(4) of the Restitution of Land Rights Act, 1994 (Act No. 22 of 1994) as amended, that an amendment is hereby made to gazette notice No: 144 of 2015 to include the following 6 individual claimants that have also lodged claims for restitution of land rights on portions of and that is located within the jurisdiction of Chibase Tribal Authority and the farm Chibase 213 MT, located in the Thulamela Local Municipality. Vhembe District of the Limpopo. These land claims were lodged between 14th September 1997 and 15th 1998.
