I, Mmamoloko Kubayi, Minister of Energy, hereby publish comment the draft categorisations and determinations in the Schedule to be issued under section 29(1) and (2) of the National Nuclear Regulator Act, 1999 (Act No. 47of 1999) on the recommendations of the Board of Directors of the National Nuclear Regulator and in consultation with the Minister of Finance.
