1, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of an integrated biotrade and bioprospecting permit application on traditional knowledge associated with Sclerocarya birrea (Marula, Mufula, Morula, Ukanyi), under section 82 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) read with regulations 31(2), and 39(2) of the Bioprospecting, Access and Benefit Sharing Amendment Regulations, 2015.
