The MEC for Economic Development, Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Parks Tau will host a virtual webinar in Conversation with Women themed: “Think like a Woman…watch the Economy Grow” on 31 August 2021. The panel discussion will have speakers from business organisations and provincial government and municipality.

MEC Parks Tau is hosting this conversation during a time when Covid-19 and recent unrests have negatively affected SMMEs of which a majority are owned by women. The webinar discussion will consist of; Ms Musa Tshabalala (CEO of GGDA an Agency of Gauteng Government), Ms Polo Radebe (President of ABSIP), Ms Yvonne Maitin (Vice President of BBC), Ms Matilda Gasela (HoD at Gauteng department of Agriculture & Rural Development) and Cllr Matshidiso Mfikoe (MMC of Finance at City of Johannesburg), and Ms Judi Nwokedi (Chairperson of GTA Board).
