I, Mongwadi Mary Ngwetjana, Deputy Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, in terms of section 109(2) read with section 108(2A), cancel the registration of Border Industrial Employers Association (LR 2/6/3/893) with effect from 11January 2018.
