The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ( "the Authority ") hereby gives notice of the extension of the closing date for submissions to the Discussion Document: Equity Ownership by Historically Disadvantaged Groups and the application of the ICT Sector Code in the ICT Sector in terms of s 4B of the ICASA Act 2000, as amended published under General Notice No. 274 in Government Gazette No. 40759 dated 31 March 2017.
