Since March 2024, ODI Global’s Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG) has convened a series of international, cross-sector dialogues bringing together governments, financial institutions (FIs), and non profit organisations (NPOs) to address financial access challenges faced by NPOs.

The dialogues have produced a total of 49 recommendations and highlighted impactful, replicable best practices. This outcome note summarises discussions from HPG’s fifth and final international dialogue, held on 21 October 2025, which focused on a subset of priority recommendations and best practices.
