Premier David Makhura and MEC for Education Panyaza Lesufi will on Thursday, 02 March handover bursaries to top performing learners from Quantile 1, 2 and 3 schools around Gauteng.
The bursaries form part the Gauteng City Region Academy bursary scheme, an initiative of the Gauteng Provincial Government created to provide financial assistance to previously disadvantaged learners and improve their access to higher education.
