We are pleased to announce that ENSafrica has, for the second year running, been recognised as a top international law firm for India-related work by the India Business Law Journal.

The announcement was made in an intelligence report, titled “Foreign faithful: The top international law firms for India work”, which was published in the recently released June 2016 edition of the India Business Law Journal.

“This is a very strong endorsement of [ENSafrica’s] India‐related capabilities … . It comes at an opportune moment, at a time of renewed international interest in India and fresh talks about allowing foreign participation in the country's legal market,” the journal’s editor, Vandana Chatlani, said.

The report, now in its 10th year, recognises ENSafrica as one of the top 24 “firms to watch” in key economies and emerging regions, which it recommends “clients should keep well within their sights”. The annual report draws on submissions from over 600 law firms from around the world that have documented deals and matters with an Indian element in the past year, together with testimony from clients and peers. Following intensive research, 100 firms were selected to feature in the final report.

ENSafrica’s well-established India practice group has many years of experience in facilitating the entry and expansion of Indian corporates on the African continent, as well as facilitating foreign investment by African corporates into India.
