We are delighted that, for the third consecutive year, ENSafrica has been identified as a leading international law firm for India-related work by the India Business Law Journal.

The announcement was made in an intelligence report titled “Global Stars”, which was published in a recently released edition of the India Business Law Journal.

ENSafrica is the only African law firm to be featured in the report’s top 25 “firms to watch”, with the report stating the following about the firm:

“ENSafrica’s India desk has in-depth experience in structuring foreign investments into India, providing legal and tax advisory services, and setting up and managing special purpose vehicles for investments and joint ventures. The firm has India practice group members scattered across its offices in Africa including in Mauritius.”

The report, now in its 11th year, is based on extensive consultation with India-focused corporate counsel around the world, submissions received from hundreds of law firms and interviews and research carried out by the journal’s editorial team.

ENSafrica’s India practice group has significant experience in facilitating the entry and expansion of Indian corporates in Africa and facilitating foreign investment by African corporates in India. Our expertise spans all levels of transactions and, by ensuring that every aspect of a cross-border transaction is optimised, we proactively contribute to maximising our clients’ investment returns.

We continue to strive for excellence, in both offering and service, when it comes to your India-related matters.
