The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice to convene public workshops on the Invitation to Apply (“ITA”) published on 28 February 2017 in Government Gazette No: 40652 for Individual Commercial Television Free to Air Broadcasting Service Licence(s) and the applicable Radio Frequency Spectrum Licence (MUX 3 Frequencies).
