Pakishe Aaron Motsoaledi, Minister of Health. hereby fix, in terms of section 49 of the Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 1979)( "the Act "), and on the recommendation of the South African Dental Technicians Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council "), the fees set out in the Schedule as the fees to be paid to the Council.
