Advocate Sandra Coetzee has been appointed the Acting Head of the Independent Power Producers Office (IPPO) pending recruitment of the new Head: IPPO. The appointment is effective from 25 July 2019.   Adv. Coetzee has held the position of Head: Strategy, Combined Assurance and Risk at the IPPO since 2013.

Adv. Coetzee has many years experience in executive leadership positions in both the public and private sector and across multiple sectors, including energy, water, telecommunications and transport. She has also worked as a Managing Director at a specialist consulting firm, where she successfully delivered over 40 projects mainly in the capacity of legal, regulatory and transaction expertise.
