Today, Thursday 7 October 2021, the DA Tshwane Mayoral Candidate, Cllr Randall Williams along with the DA National Spokesperson, Siviwe Gwarube, DA Gauteng Leader, Solly Msimanga, and DA Tshwane Regional Chairperson, Mpho Mehlape-Zimu will launch the DA Tshwane Manifesto for the 2021 Local Government Elections.

The DA’s Tshwane manifesto will set out our vision to ensure that we continue to get things done for the residents of Tshwane.

Since we took over the city from the beginning of November 2020, we have managed to reduce service delivery backlogs and the deficit that was left by the ANC’s administrator. We continued with the work that we have been doing before the unlawful dissolution of the Council.

Our mission is to get the majority of 50 plus one in Tshwane so that we can deliver all our manifesto policies without any disruptions. We appeal to the residents of Tshwane to give us a chance to return the glory of the Capital City through good governance, transparency, and accountability by voting for us.

Our manifesto focuses on improving service delivery, promoting employment and economic growth, developing infrastructure, supporting the vulnerable and providing social relief as well as promoting good governance. Our manifesto will also drive progress and create value and sustainable livelihoods for the residents of Tshwane.

Details of the DA’s Tshwane Manifesto launch are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 7 October 2021

Time: 10:00 am
