Non-profit organisation Corruption Watch (CW) has appointed head of finance and administration Lord Ntambw and head of communications Moira Campbell as joint interim leaders, after executive director Karam Singh stepped down from his role last month.
The organisation said Ntambw and Campbell will lead the organisation for the next four to six months as it embarks on a “reset of priorities”, and implements strategic improvements to strengthen its impact in the sector.
Ntambw and Campbell have been with the organisation for many years, CW said.
While the board will begin the recruitment process “in the near future” to appoint an executive director, Singh will continue to work with CW in a consulting capacity for a period, focusing on key organisational priorities, after which he will pursue his own interests.
Singh was the head of the legal and investigations unit from December 2019 and executive director from January 2022.
The board thanked Singh for his contribution to the organisation over the past five years and wished him well in his future endeavours.
