The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of rule 35(5)(b)(ii) of the “Rules for the conduct of proceedings in the Competition Tribunal” as published in Government Gazette No. 22025 of 01 February 2001, that on 25 January 2017 it approved without conditions the merger between Hold co, DevCo and AssetCo and Aldwych Power Holdings Limited & Aldwych International Limited, Cabeolica S.A and Cenpower Generation Company Ltd.
