Under the powers vested in me by section 1 of the Commissions Act, 1947 (Act no. 8 of 1947), read with paragraph 9 of the Terms of Reference for the Commission of Inquiry into Remuneration and Conditions of Service in the Public Service and Public Entities listed in
Schedules 3A and 3C of the Public Finance Management Act, 1998, I hereby further amend the Terms of Reference, with effect from 6 October 2017, as indicated in the Schedule attached hereto.
