The Minister of Basic Education Mrs Angie Motshekga will tomorrow, Thursday 29 June 2023 address the 2023 RCL Conference under the theme ‘’ Advancing Learner Participation and Functionality of Learner Leaders in South African Schools’’ at the Premier Hotel in Arcadia Pretoria. 

The conference is being hosted with the objective to strengthen the functioning of RCLs in provinces while seeking create a platform where the Department and Stakeholders can engage on progressive ways to improve RCLs to highlight the challenges faced by schools in ensuring the efficient function of the RCLs.
