This policy brief, made possible with financing from the African Development Bank Group though its Water Development and Sanitation Department, aims to support the Kenyan water sector in actions and partnerships that utility managers and policymakers can develop with regulators, academia, funders, enterprises, and other sector partners to expand and sustain water and sanitation services.

This is despite financing gaps, challenges in adopting new knowledge and innovation, and the impacts of climate change.
